The Medela Swing Flex breastpump is the successor of the Medela Swing. The Medela Swing Flex has an innovative breastshield that gives you more flexibility, comfort and individuality. The oval PersonalFit Flex breastshield has an innovative 105° opening angle and a soft, flexible edge. The soft-edged breastshield adapts to the breast anatomy and with its 105° opening angle reduces the pressure on the milk channels - for additional support of the milk flow. The breast shield can be rotated 360° so that pumping in the most comfortable position is always possible. The two most common breast cap sizes S and M (21 + 24 mm) are already included in the delivery.
The pumping rhythm (2-phase Expression®) of the Swing Flex gently imitates the baby's natural sucking behaviour, making pumping feel more natural and the milk begins to flow earlier. The initial stimulation phase lasts max. 2 minutes and stimulates the milk flow with short, fast sucking movements. The device then automatically switches to the slower pumping mode. If the milk shot starts earlier, you can manually switch to the pumping phase. The pumping intensity can be set individually at any time. The operation with mains cable or batteries enables you to use the handy device mobile. The breastpump is so compact that you can easily take it with you wherever you go - perfect for travelling!
