For almost 40 years now, PlanToys has been inspiring parents and children with high-quality and above all sustainable toys made of wood, which play an important role for the development in the first 5 years of life as well as for the closeness to nature. Plantoys is one of the most renowned organisations in the world due to its great commitment to the environment and society.

The history of PlanToys starts with seven students who wanted to create a sustainable world for our future, and at every step of their production line they set an example by pursuing a goal - minimizing their impact on the environment. The business model is divided into three pillars and described as the "Sustainable Way". These include Sustainable Material, Sustainable Manufacturing and Sustainable Mind.

PlanToys products are made from rubber trees and nothing is wasted during production. It is divided into 3 parts: the tree trunk and the best parts are used for the production of solid and plywood toys, the branches and waste are used to make Planwood (very strong, durable and non-toxic material), the roots and the unusable material are used by PlanToys to generate energy in their factories.
