Cybex Cloud S i-Size: Safety from Day One
Congratulations on your new arrival! If you are looking for the ideal infant car seat that combines maximum safety, uncompromising comfort and a long period of use, the Cybex Cloud S i-Size is exactly the right choice for you. This infant car seat was specially developed by experts to reliably accompany your baby from birth (from 40 cm) up to an age of around 24 months (87 cm and a maximum of 13 kg). With its innovative design, conceived in Germany, you are giving your child the safest possible start in life.
Ergonomics That Grow with Your Baby
The first months of life are crucial for the healthy development of the spine. Outside the car, the Cloud S offers a flat, ergonomic lying position for relaxed walks on the stroller. This distributes body weight optimally across a larger surface area, noticeably reduces pressure on the internal organs and effectively prevents the little head from tipping forward into an unhealthy position. In the car, on the compatible Base S, you can conveniently choose between a semi-reclined and a more upright position. A removable newborn insert supports the natural M-position from day one, while the headrest together with the harness can be adjusted through 14 positions to perfectly adapt to your child's growth.
Certified i-Size Safety on Every Journey
There can be no compromises when it comes to road safety. The integrated L.S.P. System (Linear Side-Impact Protection) forms part of a sophisticated three-stage safety concept and can reduce dangerous impact forces in the event of a side collision by 25%. It channels the energy directly into the impact-absorbing shell. The Cloud S is also part of the CYBEX Modular System: the separately available Base S serves as the base for three different child car seats and later enables a seamless, cost-effective transition to the Sirona S (rear-facing) or the innovative Anoris S (with unique airbag technology).
Everyday Ease and Flexibility
Your back will love this infant car seat! On the Base S, the Cloud S can be rotated 180 degrees with just one hand, making it extremely easy to place your child inside, fasten the harness and lift them out. Weighing just 3.99 kg in the Comfort version, it is also a genuine lightweight and is even officially certified for air travel. Thanks to the clever travel system, you can quickly attach the seat to your stroller using the appropriate adapters. An integrated XXL sun canopy with UPF50+ and a breathable mesh window protects your baby's sensitive skin from direct sunlight and glare.
Optimal Ventilation and Trusted Quality
To keep your child from getting too warm even on hot days, the Cloud S features all-round air circulation. In the exclusive "Style" fabric version (4.1 kg), you benefit from a 3D mesh fabric that increases airflow by up to six times compared with conventional materials. It also features luxurious leather-look details and exclusive colours such as Misty Grey or Jade Green. Strict quality controls provide complete peace of mind: all materials are extensively tested for harmful substances and significantly exceed the required regulatory standards. The seat can also be perfectly complemented with accessories such as the SensorSafe 4-in-1 Kit or the Snøgga Mini 2 footmuff.
