Dear Kindermaxx customer!

It seems your order is not quite what you expected of it and now you want to return it. How does this work? You have the option of returning all or part of your order within 14 days of receipt.

Step 1

Request your return label by phone or e-mail below and fill in your contact details. Please include your order number. Using the return label costs EUR 3.95 for orders within the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Austria. This amount will be deducted from the refund. For the return of orders or goods that have been delivered on a pallet with a carrier, we charge a maximum of EUR 120. In this case, you bear the cost of the return shipment.

Step 2
Pack the items in the original packaging (including all belonging items) and return the products in their original state. If you have printed a shipping label, stick it on the largest side of the parcel.

Step 3
Take the parcel to the nearest Paketshop of DHL or the Post Office. Do request the proof of shipment. Without confirmation of receipt by DHL or the Post Office, if a loss is reported, we unfortunately cannot submit an investigation request.

Step 4
After receiving the items, we check the returned products according to our revocation conditions. After inspection, the amount will be refunded to you within 14 days via the payment method you used.
