Returns at Kindermaxx

Not completely satisfied with your order? No problem! At Kindermaxx, you can easily return your order or individual items. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to register your return. On this page, we explain step by step how to return your products.

Please note: Partially or fully assembled furniture cannot be returned.

How to Return Your Order

Follow the steps below to complete your return quickly and easily.

Step 1 – Request a Return Label

Please contact our customer service by phone or email to request your return label. Be sure to include your order number.

  • For returns from the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Austria, the return label costs €5.95.
  • This amount will be deducted from your refund.
  • For returns from all other countries, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipment.
  • For products delivered on a pallet or by freight carrier, return shipping costs of up to €120.00 may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Step 2 – Pack Your Items Carefully

Please pack the products securely in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals and other supplied items.

Return the products in their original condition whenever possible. If you have received a return label, attach it securely to the largest side of the package.

Step 3 – Send Your Return

Take your parcel to your nearest DHL Service Point or local post office.

Always ask for proof of shipment and keep it until your return has been processed. Without proof of shipment, we are unfortunately unable to file a claim with the shipping carrier if the parcel is lost.

Step 4 – Refund

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the products in accordance with our withdrawal and return policy.

After approval, your refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method you used for your purchase.

Important Return Information

  • Returns must be registered within 14 days after delivery.
  • Partially or fully assembled furniture is excluded from returns.
  • Please use the original packaging whenever possible.
  • Keep your proof of shipment until your return has been completed.
  • Refunds are always issued using the original payment method.
