The Freestyle™ Hands-free is Medela's first directly wearable electric double breast pump for hands-free pumping. It was developed so that you can pump and do other things at the same time. The compact pocket-sized pump is housed in a separate unit. This way, you can wear our lightweight collection cups discreetly in your bra, making hands-free pumping even more comfortable.

The portable, exceptionally lightweight collection cups are among the lightest products on the market (76 g each) and are designed to be discreetly and comfortably worn in your bra. The Freestyle™ Hands-free breast pump combines comfort and flexibility, making multi-tasking easier for busy mothers. The separate pump simply stays in your bag and doesn't weigh heavily on your chest. The anatomically shaped collection cups were specially developed for better milk flow and more comfort, and compress the breast tissue less. The collection cups consist of only three parts, are easy to clean and can be assembled in just three steps. Dishwasher safe.
The transparent design makes it easier to align the nipple and check if the milk is flowing correctly. The integrated battery with USB port¹ allows you to pump anywhere. By linking with the Medela Family™ app, you can create a personal profile that meets your requirements. The 2-Phase-Expression™ technology mimics your baby's natural sucking rhythm – first fast to stimulate milk flow, then slower to drink. This makes pumping feel natural.
