Nuna RELX wind: The Innovative i-Size Car Seat for Relaxed Journeys
Car journeys with babies and toddlers can quickly become tiring – especially on warm days or longer journeys. The Nuna RELX wind electric i-Size car seat (40–105 cm) revolutionises travelling with children through state-of-the-art technology and thoughtful design. As a 360° rotating car seat with an integrated, active ventilation function , the RELX wind sets completely new standards in comfort and safety. From the first journey after birth through to kindergarten age, this premium seat offers a perfect combination of ergonomics and high-tech features that noticeably make everyday family life easier.
Smart Climate Control and Intuitive Operation
With the Nuna RELX wind, sweaty and restless children in the car are a thing of the past. The integrated active ventilation function uses gentle air circulation to ensure that your child always enjoys an ideal seating climate. The clever feature: With the included remote control, you can conveniently operate the three-level ventilation from the front seat without having to stop.
The five gentle recline positions can also be adjusted during the journey if your little one starts to fall asleep. A breathable mesh cover further supports the cooling effect. Particularly clever for everyday use is the Auto Memory function, which remembers your preferred comfort settings and automatically recalls them the next time you start.
Back-Friendly Everyday Use Thanks to 360° Rotation
Placing your child in the seat and fastening the harness becomes effortless thanks to the smooth 360° rotation function. Simply rotate the seat towards the open car door, place your baby inside without straining your back and then rotate the seat safely into the driving position. Practical magnetic harness holders keep the harness system secured at the sides so that the seating area remains completely clear when getting in. A removable newborn insert ensures that even the smallest babies are ergonomically and safely supported. The headrest can be adjusted to 6 positions and grows continuously with your child.
Uncompromising i-Size Safety
Alongside exceptional comfort, safety is the top priority. The Nuna RELX wind is approved according to the strict i-Size standard. Installation using ISOFIX and the support leg is made completely error-free thanks to an innovative digital display: Colour indicators immediately show whether the seat is correctly and securely anchored in the vehicle.
Outstanding side-impact protection (SIP) is provided by the patented combination of Tailor-Tech™ memory foam and impact-absorbing EPP foam. An integrated rotation lock also ensures that babies under 15 months cannot accidentally travel forward-facing – because they are safest when travelling in a rear-facing car seat.
