Shipping Information – Everything you need to know

Kindermaxx delivers to many countries across Europe, ensuring that parents can benefit from high-quality baby and children's products. On this page, you will find all important information about our shipping costs and delivery conditions.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs depend on the delivery location. We distinguish between Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, and other EU countries.

For deliveries that cannot be shipped via standard parcel services and require freight transport, a surcharge of €25.00 per order will be applied.

Where can I see the exact shipping costs?

The exact shipping costs are displayed directly in the Kindermaxx shopping cart. Simply add your desired item(s) using the “Order now” button.

Tracking your shipment

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this to track the status of your delivery at any time via our logistics partners (GLS, postal services, or freight carrier Gebrüder Weiss).

If you have a customer account, you can easily view your orders under “My Account → Orders → View”. If you cannot find your tracking email or have accidentally deleted it, our customer service team will be happy to assist you. Please have your order number ready.

For pallet deliveries (freight) within Europe: delivery is made to the first front door or curbside.

Is personal pickup possible?

You have the option to collect your order directly from our store: Kindermaxx, Harham 85, 5760 Saalfelden, Austria.

Opening hours: Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Please inform us at least two working days before your pickup so that we can prepare your order from our warehouse. Payment can be made in cash or by Debit Card. Personal pickup is free of charge.

Note on shipping risk

Please note that, in accordance with legal regulations, we as the seller bear the risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods during shipping until they are handed over to you.

Same-day shipping

In-stock items ordered on working days before 3:00 p.m. are usually shipped the same day. Please note that during peak periods, such as promotions or public holidays, delivery times may be longer. However, we always strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible.

Delivery time & shipping duration

Each product in our online shop displays an estimated delivery time in working days. This estimate is based on current stock information and average delivery times.

Please note that there is no full real-time inventory synchronization. Short-term and unexpected changes in stock levels at Kindermaxx or our suppliers may lead to deviations. The estimated delivery time is also included in your order confirmation.

Delivery times

Parcel deliveries are usually made Monday to Friday between approximately 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Freight deliveries are also carried out on working days within similar time frames. Delivery on public holidays is not possible.

Transit times are typically 1–3 working days for parcels and 2–5 working days for freight deliveries.

Delivery delays

If we are informed of any delays or stock discrepancies by our suppliers, we will notify you immediately. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

If you prefer not to wait under these circumstances, you may cancel your order. In cases of product unavailability, we also reserve the right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with our terms and conditions. Any payments already made will, of course, be refunded promptly.
